Role Overview: 

As a Marketplace Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketplace team, focusing on our job distribution strategy, reporting and analytics, and relationship management. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth of our platform, gain valuable experience in marketplace operations, and make a tangible impact on our success.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the execution of job distribution strategies to ensure profitability and growth.

Conduct regular analysis of job distribution effectiveness, profitability metrics, and marketplace performance.

Prepare detailed reports on marketplace trends, performance metrics, and insights to support decision-making.

Manage and optimize partner relations, including communication, budget management, and performance tracking.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement operational improvements and growth opportunities.

Success Criteria 

Minimize Overspending: Effective management of partner budgets and relationships, resulting in measurable growth and optimization.

Optimize quality: Review partner performance for quality to optimize channels as needed.

Reporting efficiency and accuracy: Timely and consistent reporting with low margin for error.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analysis, or related field.

1-2 years of experience in operations, marketing, or analytics, preferably in a startup or marketplace environment.

Strong aptitude for analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and familiarity or willingness to learn SQL.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

Ability to navigate ambiguity and dynamic work environments.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
